9th Class Exam Paper Rechecking 2024 – Gujranwala Board

Deadline for Rechecking Application:

The deadline to apply for rechecking the answer sheets of the 9th Class 1st Annual Examination 2024, conducted by the Gujranwala Board, is 28th August 2024.

Application Process:

Students who wish to have their answer sheets rechecked must submit a hard copy of the fee receipt after completing the online application within 15 days of the result’s publication, following the board’s regulations. The rechecking fee must be deposited in the bank before the rechecking process begins.

Scope of Rechecking:

Rechecking involves verifying the accuracy of the total marks and ensuring that all answered questions have been marked. It does not include re-evaluating the answers themselves. Once rechecking is done, the copy will not be re-marked under any circumstances. Additionally, the fees paid for rechecking are non-refundable. Keep in mind that marks may increase or decrease as a result of the rechecking process.

Rechecking Guidelines:

Before submitting a rechecking application, candidates should thoroughly review the following guidelines and proceed only if they agree:

Verify that the marks on the title page of the answer sheet are correctly calculated.
Ensure that the scores for all parts of each question are accurately combined and listed at the end of the question.
Confirm that the marks for each question have been correctly transferred to the title page.
Check that no question or part of a question has been left unmarked.
Only the candidate will be permitted to view their answer sheet.
The marks awarded by the examiner are final. According to court decisions and board rules, the answers themselves will not be re-evaluated.
