Rawalpindi Board 9th Class Rechecking 2024 Last date?
Last date for rechecking answer copies of Rawalpindi Board 9th Class 1st Annual Examination 2024 is 24-08-2024.
Instructions
1. Bank challan for re-checking of answer copy copies should be submitted in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. Re-checking of practical exam copy can also be done as per board rules.
The re-check fee is non-refundable.
2. Overdue i.e. fees submitted after the due date will not be accepted.
- According to the rules and regulations of the board and the decision of the high courts, the re-marking of the answer copy cannot be done under any circumstances.
- Candidates can re-check their answer copies only to confirm the following points:
(a) No part of the answer copy is left unexamined. Answer copy or any part thereof has not been altered.
(b) The balance of partial marks obtained for each question is recorded at the end of the question.
(c) The scale entered at the end of each question has been correctly transferred to the cover of the answer copy.
(d) The balance of marks given in the cover is correct and corresponds to your result card.
(e) It is the duty of the Re-examination Committee to verify the above matters.
5. If the candidate agrees with the serial number 4, deposit the proposed fee in the bank on the computerized bank challan.
6. After depositing/receiving the hard copy of the rechecking form along with the challan form in the office, the date of viewing the reply copy on your given mobile number under the computerized procedure and
No time will be notified by SMS after verification.
7. In case of not receiving the SMS, you can check the date and time of viewing your answer copy from the board’s website.
- After depositing the challan in the bank, the hard copy of the form must be submitted manually or by post to the address of Juma Challan Form Inquiry Branch / Facilitation Center Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Morgah Rawalpindi by the due date 2024-08-24. No application will be processed after the due date.
- In case of change in the marks obtained, the hopeful gets his rechecking fee back as per the board rules along with receipt of the amended result card from the concerned examination branches.
- Prospective application will be accepted in case of application registry / form with receipt on the appointed date 2024-08-24.
- Candidates should visit the office with original ID card by themselves or parent or elder brother to collect their amended result card and fee. So that there is no problem on the issue of refund of fee

Note: Answer copy can be checked only by hopeful.
Make sure to attach the copy of the result card along with the hard copy of the form.
