9th Class Paper Rechecking 2024 D.G Khan Board Last Date?
Last date for rechecking answer copies of D.G. Khan Board 9th Class 1st Annual Examination 2024 is 26-08-2024.
I have read the instructions given below and under take to abide by the rules and regulations of this Board.
INSTRUCATIONS:
Fill in the Rechecking form thoroughly and carefully. Deposit RS. 100/- (One Hundred only) as a Rechecking form fee in addition to usual prescribed Rechecking fee. Deposit Rs. 1300/- ( Thirteen Hundred Only ) per paper / Answer Book within 15 days after the declaration of the Result. No form will be accepted after stipulated period as mentioned above. Paste Original deposited Bank Challan form at the back of this form. Mention clearly the subject /s or paper/s required to be rechecked. Your hard copy of Rechecking form must reach (Secrecy Branch) BISE D.G. Khan within prescribed days well in time. Otherwise your form would to be considered for the rechecking and you would not have any Legal right for litigation etc. In case of any increase in your marks during Rechecking process, your deposited fee for rechecking of the papers would be refunded accordingly. BISE D.G. Khan will not convey the letter / SMS to those candidates who would be satisfied with the Rechecking Process and write Ok on their respective Answer Book/s.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Candidates must ensure the follwing points while Rechecking / Recounting process
- Rechecking means recounting not remarking.
- Nobody on behalf of the candidate has right to see / examine the Answer Book/s for any purpose.
- The Answer Book/s of a candidate will not be re-assessed under any circumstances as per decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan . PLJ. 1996 SC 657.
- Totals have been rightly brought forward.
- No portion of any Answer has been left un marked.
- The Total of various parts of a question has been correctly made at the end of each question.
- There is no mistake in the Grand Total on the Title Page of the Answer Book/s.
- Total Marks in the Answer Books tally within the marks sheet.
- The answer book has not been changed / replaced.
- Candidates are directed to bring the copy of this form Result Card during Rechecking Process for their identification.
