NOTIFICATION OF FEES FOR FIRST ANNUAL HSSC EXAMINATION 2024

This is a general notification for all concerned parties’ information and necessary action regarding the upcoming HSSC 1st Annual Examination 2024. The schedule for submitting online Admission Forms and fee payments has been established, with the anticipated commencement set for Thursday, April 25th, 2024.

SUBMISSION OF ONLINE ADMISSION FORMS AND PAYMENT OF FEES

The schedule for the submission of online Admission Forms is as follows:

Regular Fee: December 26, 2023, to February 6, 2024.
Double Fee: February 7, 2024, to February 20, 2024.
Triple Fee: February 21, 2024, to February 29, 2024.
FEES STRUCTURE

For Registered/Regular/Ex-Private/IBCC/Additional Subjects/Improvement Cases:

HSSC-I: Rs. 2700
HSSC-II: Rs. 2700
HSSC-I & II: Rs. 5400
For Non-Registered Private Candidates/IBCC Cases:

HSSC-I: Rs. 4200
HSSC-II: Rs. 4200
HSSC-I & II: Rs. 6900
*Includes Rs. 1500 as Registration Fee, payable once.
Note: Deletion of admission form/Correction in Roll No Slip, etc., incurs a fee of Rs. 2000.

GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE ADMISSION FORM SUBMISSION:

i. Institutions must upload online Admission Forms along with the bank Challan/deposited fee receipt on the FBISE Portal on or before the specified last date to avoid extra fees or rejection of forms.

ii. Heads of institutions should submit separate online Admission Forms for candidates who appeared/passed the HSSC Part-I Examination from a Board other than FBISE, along with the verified HSSC-I Result Card.

iii. Only complete Admission Forms (Draft) will be accepted.

iv. HSSC Part-II candidates can reappear in any number of HSSC Part-I and Part-II papers by specifying the desired documents in the Admission Form.

v. Candidates applying in the disability category should specify their accessibility needs at the time of form submission; otherwise, they will not be entertained.

vi. Orphans, differently-abled candidates, prisoners, and wards of ‘Shuhada’ are exempt from the Examination Fee (proof must be uploaded).

vii. In case of difficulties, institutions/candidates can contact FBISE IT Programmer/Assistant during office hours.

viii. Private candidates changing from regular to private category must upload the College Leaving Certificate with the online Admission Form after obtaining permission from FBISE.

ix. Candidates appearing in additional subjects with practical components must provide a certificate of completion from an affiliated institution.

x. Candidates with failed/improvement papers in Part I or Part II must pay the full fee of the respective part.

xi. IBCC cases require submission of an online Admission Form along with a scanned copy of the original Equivalence Certificate.

xii. Contact the designated phone number during office hours for IBCC cases appearing in two or three subjects in Part I or Part II.

xiii. A scanned copy of the Permission Letter issued by the ‘Research and Academic’ Department of FBISE must be uploaded if Pakistani Culture is chosen instead of Urdu Compulsory.

xiv. Private candidates passing SSC & HSSC Part-I from a Board other than FBISE must submit a scanned copy of the verified HSSC-I Result Card and NOC/Migration Certificate along with the online admission form.

xv. Non-Registered Private Candidates must upload a photograph with a blue or white background on the prescribed place of the Admission Form.

xvi. Candidates can improve grades/marks within four years of the HSSC-II Examination with multiple chances before obtaining higher qualifications.

xvii. Change of Subjects/Group is not allowed after submitting the Admission Form to the FBISE’s online portal.

xviii. Ex/Private candidates must ensure that the information in the Admission Forms is correct; incomplete forms will not be accepted.

NOTE: Candidates are responsible for downloading and printing their Roll Number Slip from the FBISE website before the examination. Admission forms sent to personal WhatsApp numbers have no legal standing; hence, forms/documents should be submitted through the specified procedure to avoid inconvenience. The candidature/admission form will not be canceled under any circumstances after the issuance of the Roll No. Slip.
