Review of SSC (9th) First Annual 2024 Examination
August 24, 2024 is the last day to request a recheck of answer sheets for the Bahawalpur Board’s First Annual Examination of the 9th Class in 2024.
Instructions for Paper Rechecking:
Fee Payment:
Pay the required fee using the online challan form available from the bank, and ensure it is attached in the specified section of your application.
Application Submission:
Your application for rechecking will only be considered if it is fully completed and submitted to the office along with the required fee within 15 days of the announcement of the exam results.
Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Rechecking Process:
a. The candidate’s answer sheet will not be reassessed.
b. Rechecking is a process of verifying, not re-evaluating or reassessing, the answer book. The Chairperson or an appointed officer or rechecking committee will ensure that:
i) The grand total on the cover page of the answer book is free from errors.
ii) The total for each section of a question is accurately calculated at the end of each question.
iii) All totals are correctly transferred to the cover page of the answer book.
iv) No part of any answer has been overlooked or left unmarked.
v) The marks in the answer book match those recorded on the mark sheet.
vi) The original answer sheets have not been substituted.
c. Under no circumstances is the candidate or any other person permitted to view or inspect the answer sheets.
d. The candidate’s marks may be reduced following the rechecking process as described in section b (iii). If this occurs, the record will be updated, and a revised mark sheet will be issued accordingly.
