How to verify documents from H.E.C
There are two options for confirmation from HEC. One option you can go to the HEC office to get verified.
Alternatively you can get the documents verified through TCS Courier Service.

To verify the documents from HEC, one has to apply on the online portal. It is mandatory to apply on online portal. Then your challan form and application form will be downloaded. We also provide facility to apply on H.E.C online portal. You don’t need to visit our office. You can apply at home on HEC online portal. You have to pay the charges for applying on HEC online portal through Easypaisa or Jazz Cash. And we have sent the challan form and application form to you on WhatsApp.

HEC does not verify Matriculation and Intermediate certificates. Matriculation and Intermediate Certificate is issued by IBCC.
What is the fee of HEC? The fee for confirmation from HEC is RS.1000 for an original degree. If you also want to verify the photocopy of the Degree, then the fee for one photocopy verification is RS.700. The fee for page verification of an original Transcript from HEC will be RS.1000 and if you want to verify the photocopy of the Transcript, then the fee for one photocopy verification is RS.700. If your original transcript has two pages then the fee for two pages will be Rs.2000.
What is the fee of HEC? Verification fee from HEC is Rs.1000 for an original degree. If you also want to verify the photocopy of the Degree, then the fee for one photocopy verification is RS.700. The fee for page verification of an original Transcript from HEC will be RS.1000 and if you want to verify the photocopy of the Transcript, then the fee for one photocopy verification is RS.700. If your original transcript has two pages then the fee for two pages will be RS.2000.
HEC charges Rs.1000 per page. If you send through TCS Courier Service then you have to pay Rs.320 to TCS. If you go to HEC office yourself then you have to pay RS.3000 in addition to all documents fee. Must do. How will HEC fee be paid? HEC fee will be paid through 1 Link Bill. You can pay through Easypaisa or Jazz Cash or any online bank App. How many days will it take for the document to be verified by HEC? If you have to do it through TCS courier service then it may take minimum 30 days and maximum 45 days. If you have to go to HEC office yourself then you have to go on the date you got. Therefore, on the date on which the appointment is booked, you can go to the HEC office and get the documents verified. And HEC will not verify your documents on the day you have no booking. The documents will be verified on the day of booking. You are requested to go to HEC office on the day on which the date is booked.

Which documents to carry for HEC verification?
For HEC verification it is mandatory that you have matric and intermediate original certificate, HEC matric original certificate, intermediate original certificate, (Original) (Bachelor Degree/Transcript, (Master Degree/Transcript Original) CNIC ID Card Photocopy, Online HEC application form , the fee payment transaction screen of 1 bill online and photocopy of all the original documents which you have to verify is mandatory.
