9th Grade Roll Number Slip 2024 – Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
Greetings to all prospective candidates and staff involved in the Secondary School Certificate Part 1 (9th Grade), Part 2 (10th Grade), and Composite First Year 2024 examinations conducted by the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Below are vital instructions:
Examinations for subjects including Urdu, English, Islamiat (Compulsory), Pakistan Studies (Compulsory), Islamiat (Optional), General Science, Mathematics (Science Group), General Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Translation of Quran Majeed, and Computer Science will be held at two different times: 08:30 in the morning and 01:30 in the afternoon. On Fridays, the afternoon session will commence at 02:30.
Candidates must ensure their presence at the examination center at least half an hour before the start of each paper, i.e., 08:00 am for morning sessions, 01:00 pm for regular afternoons, and 02:00 pm for Friday afternoons. If you don’t, you won’t be allowed to take the exam.
The invigilator will announce the scheduled time of each paper at the beginning of the examination.
Candidates must strictly adhere to the dates mentioned on their roll number slips for appearing in the exams.
The roll number slip will specify the candidate’s allocated time, group, and center for the examination. No deviations from these details will be permitted.
Non-Muslim candidates opting for ethics instead of Islamiat and Quranic translation must sit for their respective exams at the scheduled date and time as per the date sheet.
Any local or public holiday declared during the examination period will not alter the date sheet.
Candidates must carry their roll number slip to the examination hall daily; failure to do so will result in being barred from the examination.
Candidates should meticulously verify the dates, times, and subject groups listed on their roll number slip with the detailed date sheet available at the center to avoid any inconvenience.
Leaving the examination hall during a paper in protest will result in disqualification from re-examination of that paper.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited within 100 yards of the examination center.
Each paper will end at the predetermined time, as indicated in the objective and initial paper.
Impersonation is a punishable offense under the Impersonation Malpractice Act.
Additional Instructions:
Bringing mobile phones or any electronic devices into the examination hall is strictly forbidden. Violators will face confiscation of the device and disciplinary action.
Impersonation will lead to disciplinary action against both the impersonator and the impersonator, resulting in the cancellation of all credentials.
Candidates must sign the attendance sheet and answer copy.
Verify the subjects and photograph on the roll number slip; any errors should be rectified by the board before the examination date.
The Rawalpindi Board Matric Exams 2024 will commence on March 1st, 2024. The date sheet has been released, and special instructions regarding the Roll Number Slip 2024 have been issued. The 10th-grade exams will start on March 1st, while the 9th-grade exams will begin on March 19th, 2024. The roll number slips for both grades have been released. Heads of institutions are advised to thoroughly check the information on the regular students’ roll number slips and make any necessary corrections by contacting the education board.

Institutional heads should download and print the roll number slips for regular students from the website, affixing their signature and stamp as required. Private candidates can also download their roll number slips from the board’s website. In case of non-receipt of the roll number slip by post, private candidates should download it from the website. Any necessary corrections should be promptly communicated to the education board; otherwise, candidates will bear the responsibility. Private candidates with incomplete details in the online system should contact the board office with proof of fee payment to obtain their roll number slip.
