Online feeding of admission forms related to this exam will start from 10-01-2024. Aspirants who want to participate in this exam refer to the Waqas Abid website waqasabid.com.
Only candidates of these categories can appear for the Second Annual Examination Intermediate Part II/Composite 2024 examination.

  1. Hard copies of the admission forms of regular aspirants are authorized to be verified by the principal of the concerned institution. In contrast, hard copies of admission forms of private candidates are allowed to be verified by the following officers under the same rules:
    Headteachers/head teachers, principals/teachers of colleges/higher secondary schools/professors/lecturers, subject experts of the government high schools located in the territorial limits of Azad Kashmir.
    Officer Commanding (For Military Candidates Only)
    Superintendent Jail (for prisoners only)
  2. Private candidates appearing in the examination Intermediate Part II Second Annual 2023 are directed to submit their admission form and fee sheet online from the board website and after getting the printout on A4 paper only through computerized fee challan at H.B.L. branches. Submit the original challan board copy pasted with the fee sheet along with the hard copy of the admission form after signing and attesting to the authorized officer of the board. Keep the photocopy of the admission form in your records.
  3. For regular candidates, all institutes will make group-wise batches of pre-fed registered aspirants admission forms like registration through their online account. Organizations can create one or more sets as per their wish. After making the batch, the fee has to be deposited only on the computerized challan.
  4. All the above institutions are instructed to create admission batches only after verifying the data. Otherwise, the collection can be deleted only after paying the batch deletion fee of Rs.1000 in H.B.L. branches and sending the original challan to the board.
  5. Sir Brahan Institutions Regular Form Admissions can be fed online while getting the print. Also, download the estimated grade form from the website, and after completing the grade form as before, submit the hard copy of the admission form to the board office after verification/stamping. send
  6. The Heads of Institutions will get the print of all the admission forms and send the hard copies of admission forms along with the fee challan and admission review list in original to the board after verification.
  7. The admission heads of the students/students who do not want to send the regular form will deactivate all those students from the online account, and only after deactivating the candidates download the form privately and get a print.
  8. The print/hard copy of the admission form should be taken out only when all the columns of a candidate’s data/essay or change group have been completed. If the printout of the admission form has been sent to the board and later the group/subject has to be changed, then the re-application along with the fee challan has to be sent to the board. Otherwise, the institution/student will be responsible for the error. A manual form of any kind is not acceptable.
  9. Heads of institutions can get the roll number slips of regular students from the online account of their institution one week before the start of the examination. However, private candidates can get the roll number slips from the online website through their registration number/app number.
