Karachi……On the special instructions of the Chairman of the Secondary Education Board Karachi, Ghulam Hussain Soho, the Controller of Examinations, Zaheeruddin Bhutto has announced the release of the results of the annual examinations of Class 10th General Group Regular and Private and hearing and speech impaired students for the year 2025. The Chairman Matriculation Board said that the results of Class 10th are being released with the tireless work of teachers and board employees. On this occasion, Chairman Board Ghulam Hussain Soho said that transparency in results is one of our top priorities and he congratulated the students who secured positions in the General Group and hearing and speech impaired.
On this occasion, the Examinations Director said that 15497 candidates were registered in the General Group Regular and Private examinations and 14795 candidates participated in the examinations while 702 candidates were absent. According to the results, Sana bint Muhammad Idris roll number 551643 of Al-Badr Girls Higher Secondary School, Amil Colony, Jamshed Road, secured the first position by securing 89.27 percent marks, Bushra bint Muhammad Imran roll number 552443 of Mama Indigo School System, Nawab Ismail Khan Road Gurumandar secured the second position with 87.73 percent marks, while Haniya bint Muhammad Yousuf roll number 552446 of Mama Indigo School System, Nawab Ismail Khan Road Gurumandar secured the third position with 87.36 percent marks.
In the General Group Regular, 10222 candidates participated in the examinations, of which 2804 male and 7418 female students participated. Among the successful candidates, 108 got A1 grade, 971 A grade, 2157 B grade, 2471 C grade, 863 D grade and 29 got E grade.
In the private general group, 4573 candidates participated in the examinations, including 2935 male and 1638 female students. Among the successful candidates, 13 got A1 grade, 294 A grade, 1020 B grade, 1181 C grade, 445 D grade and 18 got E grade. The overall success rate in all general regular and private was 65.76%.
Furthermore, 124 special students with hearing and speech disabilities participated in the examinations, 114 students succeeded, while the success rate was 91.94 percent. Syed Saif Ali Shah son of Gul Sher Shah of Absa School for the Deaf Korangi secured the first position with 89.64% marks, Hamida Hassan Ansari daughter of Attaul Hassan secured the second position with 88.45% marks, while Ziaur Rehman son of Fazlur Rehman secured the third position with 86.18% marks. All three positions were secured by students of Absa School for the Deaf Korangi.
